The Salvation Army is receiving Holiday Assistance Applications for low income families in Collier county.

DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY

- PHOTO ID: Documents accepted are VALID DRIVER LICENSE, PASSPORT, BIRTH CERTIFICATE, SCHOOL ID OR GREEN CARD

- BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF EVERY CHILD YOU ARE APPLYING FOR.

IMMOKALEE. 2050 commerce ave. Apply in person from 10.30 to 3.00 October 4th and 5th.

NAPLES. 3170 Estey Avenue. Apply in person from 9.00 to 2.00 October 22nd, 23rd and 24th.
